This page explains what happens to any personal details you give us through this website. The short version: we use them to reply to you, we don’t sell them, and we don’t put you on marketing lists.
Who we are
We are Kernow Holiday Home Sales Limited, trading as Kernow Static Homes — a small, family-run static caravan and lodge dealership with a showground at Wainhouse Corner, Bude, Cornwall EX23 0AZ. For anything to do with your personal data we are the “data controller”, which simply means we’re the ones responsible for looking after it.

What we collect
Only what you choose to type into the two forms on this site:
- Enquiry & viewing form — your name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Sell My Caravan form — your contact details, the details of your unit (make, model, size, condition and so on) and any photo you choose to attach.
There are no accounts on this site, nothing to sign up to, and we never take payment online — so we never ask for, or hold, any payment details here.
Why we use it
For exactly what you’d expect: replying to your enquiry, arranging a viewing at the showground, or putting an honest valuation on a unit you’d like to sell us. In data-protection terms, that means we rely on “taking steps at your request before entering into a contract” and our “legitimate interest” in answering the people who get in touch with us. Nothing cleverer than that — no profiling, no automated decisions.
Where it goes
When you submit a form it is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and delivered straight to our email inbox. That’s the whole journey. Your details are never sold, never swapped, and never added to a marketing list — ours or anyone else’s.
Cookies
This site only uses essential cookies — for example, remembering that you’ve dismissed the cookie notice. There are currently no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies of any kind. If that ever changes, the cookie banner will ask for your permission first.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or your sale. Once the conversation is done, there’s no reason for us to hang on to your details, and we don’t.
Your rights
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them — just email brennan@kernowsales.co.uk and we’ll sort it. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If anything about how we handle your details changes, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. This policy was last updated on 17 July 2026.
